pressure can benefit from healthy lifestyle changes – including increased
exercise, decreased salt intake, improved overall diet and weight loss. Fun Fit Kickboxing is a great way to exercise, releasing endorphins (the good feel thang) and gives a sense of calm and well being after class. Fun Fit Kickboxing classes are every tuesday 7.30pm at Marple URC Church .
